Meet Michael

Your Acupuncture Ambassador, Michael has been a NY State Licensed Acupuncturist since 2015.  He has a Master's Degree in Oriental Medicine from the New York College of Health Professions, where he studied Acupuncture, Traditional Chinese Herbal formulas, and the physical arts of Tai Chi and Qi Gong.  He also has a bachelor's degree in Mathematics from Cornell University.

He has created Community Zen Acupuncture as a vehicle to bring Acupuncture to as many people as possible.  There he is using acupuncture to improve people's quality of life and lessen illness.  He strives to reduce the costs of healthcare, and is working in conjunction with Sunshine Physical Therapy in Commack, NY in providing complementary medicine.  Let me introduce you to Acupuncture, and to better health.

Benefits of Acupuncture

Acupuncture taps into your body's ability to heal itself, and gives a boost to those resources.  This can offer relief in many ways.  We currently offer at-home treatments.  Call or email for a free consult.

More Energy

Pain Relief

Less Stress & Anxiety

Better Sleep

Better Mood

What is Community Acupuncture?

Community Acupuncture is both a business model, and a way of doing acupuncture.  As a business model, it helps to lower the costs of performing acupuncture, making it more accessible to more people in the community.

As a way of doing acupuncture, it provides a framework for getting acupuncture benefits, in the ways supported by evidence in most medical journals.  Namely - regular treatments using the most effective distal acupuncture points.  Establishing a practice that is both efficient and effective.

What Patients Say

"Since starting Acupuncture, I feel a lot more energy, and my sleep is better."
